- LAKE AVIOLO
Lake Aviolo is a semi-artificial lake basin situated at 1930 mt. above sea level in Edolo in high Val Paghera, in the province of Brescia, and it's part of the Adamello Mountain Park. The lake was made in 1935 by General Electrical Cisalpine Corporation (former Electrical Adamello, later Edison) to stoke the electrical power plant of Sonico. In 1984 the power plant in Edolo was launched and simultaneously the water supplied by the lake was diverted in a derivation tunnel which from lake Aviolo brings water into the capture gallery coming from Lake Avio.
